The Anat Baniel MethodTM (ABM)

 What is it?

It’s a non-medical, non-invasive way to overcome limitations caused by pain, injury or disease. It’s a method of learning new and easier ways to move and function in your every day life by increasing awareness of how your body moves and works. This method takes advantage of neuroplasticity, your brain’s ability to create new patterns and habits of thinking, feeling and moving.

Anat Baniel trained and taught with Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais, physicist and judo master, for many years. She developed her own method from over 30 years. The Anat Baniel MethodTM has evolved to include new scientific understanding of how the brain learns through movement and awareness.
